HeadlessDomains Partners

Before you apply

Standard Partner Agreement Overview

This public overview explains the standard HeadlessDomains partner relationship. It is not a signature page and does not include a TLD's private commercial offer.

Applying does not transfer or bind your TLD

Do not transfer a TLD, change its delegation, change custody, or authorize a registry binding merely because you submitted an application. HeadlessDomains requires written approval and accepted namespace-specific commercial terms before any such action.

HeadlessDomains provides

Partner portal access, TLD onboarding, approved registry APIs, registrar framework support, provisioning coordination, operational review, and the applicable wholesale or settlement ledger.

The partner controls

Its TLD and brand, customer-facing promises, retail pricing, support, terms, payment collection, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Commercial terms are separate

Pricing, revenue share, custody, distribution, source access, custom development, support levels, and special integrations are documented in a namespace-specific offer, order form, or other written approval.

Access is controlled

Applying creates a private review record. Approval is required before the applicant receives partner-owner access, can sign for the partner, or can review private TLD-specific commercial offers.

Security and confidentiality

API keys, infrastructure credentials, private vendor arrangements, customer data, and other partners' commercial terms are not part of the public agreement overview.

Pilot and custom agreements

The standard framework agreement supports onboarding. A later order form, custom agreement, or lawyer-reviewed contract may supplement or replace it for larger or unusual relationships.

Current standard version

Version 2026-05-28.2. Prospective partners with a signed-in account can read and download the complete current standard agreement before applying. Reading the preview does not sign it or approve an application.
