HeadlessDomains Partners

Partner program FAQ

Private details for registrar partners and namespace operators.

HeadlessDomains Partners is a reviewed B2B program. This page explains the operating model, fit, and commercial expectations without making pricing the center of the public homepage.

Who is this program for?

TLD owners, registry operators, reseller teams, and branded communities that want to offer registrations through their own customer-facing channel while HeadlessDomains handles the registry control plane and provisioning workflow.

What does HeadlessDomains provide?

The partner portal, namespace controls, availability and provisioning APIs, launch evidence, hosted white-label registrar support, partner API keys, and operational review for approved registrar launches.

What does the partner own?

Partners keep their brand, retail pricing, checkout, payment relationship, customer receipts, support flow, and go-to-market strategy. HeadlessDomains operates behind the scenes as registry infrastructure and partner support.

Is pricing public?

Commercial terms are reviewed during partner approval because setup scope, namespaces, custom integrations, support expectations, and launch needs can vary. Current baseline expectations include a one-time registrar setup fee and an annual minimum revenue-share commitment, with final terms handled privately.

Why is approval required?

Registrar launches touch namespace policy, customer trust, payment flows, DNS behavior, and support commitments. The approval step keeps the program curated and makes sure each partner is operationally ready before launch.

Can we build our own frontend?

Yes. Partners can use hosted white-label pages, API-driven custom frontends, or AI-built downstream repos as long as the implementation follows the partner framework, DNS safety rules, and launch review process.
